Had a great game with Dick in the Final of the Winter Tournament with Dick triumphing at the 18th 1 up. Dick played very steadily in the fierce wind peculiar only to Balnagask and it would have been a travesty if he had not won the game as I was hanging on by the skin of my teeth. Well done Dick - a true gentleman and a true champion.
Nice website Coby. I hope we are exempt from the dignity at work stuff on this here forum, otherwise we will not be able to express truly what we think of bandits like Alistair.
Will play my first game tomorrow vs Summerbell, it will be cold!
Thanks for that Alastair - I really enjoyed writing them, I must admit. Not quite Wodehouse though... Still gathering together suitable piccies - if you have any good ones of the holes...? Now I've got to get on with the urgent work I should have been doing all holiday!
Like your comments regarding each of the holes. I certainly recognised easily the holes as described - well done Coby - and by the way a Happy New Year to you and all success in golfing terms foe 2010 - but not to much success in reference to the winter competition!!!
I am deceptively old, I know I only look about 24 but in fact I am now creeping towards 40!!
Am back in Scotland, have been for a few months now. My trip to Aus and NZ was excellent but sadly it wasn't to be forever. I have been threatening to make a golf comeback as not played since a round in Auckland on Jan 2nd!! Starting a new job soon so hopefully that will allow me some golf time. I have been reading Coby's emails and still see you are a bandit!!
